A. HM-650A Automatic Gluing machine;

Features and functions:
1.      Automatic gluing machine is suitable for feeding and gluing the paper which is for making book cover, rigid box, set up box, etc.
2.      It has the function of automatic feeding paper and gluing, automatic temperature control and 24-hours timer. 
3.      The draft fan under the assembly lines prevents cover paper from curling and bubbling. 
4.      Feeder absorption and feed are applied, which contribute to the characteristic of steady and quick paper conveyance.
5.      Hot melt adhesives (animal adhesives) are used for health and environmental protection, and they also save cost because of the recycle system and the adjustable speeds.

B. HM-40 Corner pasting machine;

Features and functions:
1.      This is mainly used for forming and corner pasting for gray boards to be applicable in coordination.
2.      This machine can make approximately 1000-1300 box covers every hour.
3.      Then, workers position the pasted grayboard boxes onto the glued coverpaper.

C. HM-500 Box wrapping machine;

Features and functions:
1.      HM-500 Box Wrapping Machine is mainly used for wrapping four sides onto the set up rigid boxes and the initial shaping of decoration boxes. 
2.      It is equipped with imported vacuum pumps, which is an automatic device to hold the unwrapped box onto the mold. 
3.      Brushes are used to paste surface paper in a tidy manner onto the inner boxes in a smooth and quick process, thus further solving the problem of difficulty and slowness in manual mounting and pasting, so they are innovative products for substituting manual box making.
4.      Each set of process can be carried out either by pedal or automatically.
5.      It can wrap the four flaps of the coverpaper onto the grayboard box after manually positioning the grayboard box.

D. HM-420 Box folding-in machine;

Features and functions:
1.      HM-420/520 Box Folding-in Machine is a folding and forming machine for surface paper of rigid box. 
2.      Pressure nozzles are used to bend the extruding parts of the surface paper into the box. 
3.      It is equipped with devices pedal switches and magic eye switches, capable of adjusting the length and height of pressure nozzles according to the sizes of the box. 
4.      And it owns functions of high speed, high quality and easy operat
